Carrilee has twenty years experience in the areas of primary care, urgent care, obstetrics, gynecology, and urology for Patient First, Physicians East, Eastern Urological Associates and Vidant Medical Group. She is excited to return to private practice and to be part of a team of exceptional women whose mission is to deliver women's care tailored to and for the individual.
While in college, Carrilee had the opportunity to work for, develop and grow a start-up company. That experience allowed her to learn the difference between employee and owner mindset. She embraced the latter and built the foundation of her career on that approach.
While living in Virginia Beach, Carrilee worked for a professional trade association management company. This is where she witnessed the power of professionals who come together for the promotion of common interests and for the betterment of their profession. Carrilee is an advocate for healthcare managers and devotes her time to involvement with the Medical Group Managers Association (MGMA) at the National, State and Regional levels. She is on the Council of State Leaders (MGMA), serves on the NCMGMA Board of Directors, and is President of the Eastern Carolina Regional Chapter. The American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) awarded Carrilee Board Certification as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in 2018. Carrilee believes strongly in service to others.
Carrilee exudes this passion in all her endeavors and this quality makes her the perfect Practice Success Administrator for Magnolia Place Obstetrics Gynecology and Wellness.
Carrilee and her husband Tony live in Goldsboro and are fortunate to have strong family ties in Greenville and Goldsboro. Carrilee looks forward to their daughters Norah and Amelia becoming old enough to join her on the tennis court. In the meantime, she and Tony enjoy being with their children as they find joy and amazement in learning new things and discovering the world around them.
